FIGHT CELLULITE!
Want to fight cellulite? Not easy my friends! Not easy! Lots of steps to take to avoid or to stop from getting worsen. I will drop a few tips throughout the week. Here are 3 tips for today:
#1 - Drink water lots of water and add slices of lime in it! If you want to know why just write here and I will get into more details. Just want to keep this simple & short.
#2 - Dance! Most women have cellulite concentrate on the butt and thigh areas which are the main muscles used during dancing activities! More muscles=less fat=less cellulite:)
#3 - Massage affected areas with a foam roller for about 20 minutes daily if possible or frequently. In a nutshell, it will activate blood circulation (specially if you work sitting all day) minimizing the "orange peel" looks on the skin surface.
