How long does it take to get muscle toned?

You will see progress on your strength before you see the scale rising with muscle weight. It takes about 8 to 10 weeks of dedicated weight sessions of at least 45 mins 3 times a week until you see visible results. Obviously it will vary from person to person based upon nutrition & metabolism factors, but nevertheless, the only way to find out is by actually EXERCISING & TRYING! Good luck & keep us posted!

Avoid salad dressings!

Tip of the day for staying fit: Salads are great ways to avoid high calories and saturated fat, but stay away from salad dressings specially that delicious Blue Cheese one! Replace for a nice olive oil, sea salt and oregano! Some olive oils even come with flavor such as garlic, basil, etc giving an extra zesty taste to your salad. Olive oil is good for many things such as help avoid stomach burn when you accompany your food with alcohol. Enjoy your salad and make it a great day!

Want to fight cellulite? Not easy my friends! Not easy! Lots of steps to take to avoid or to stop from getting worsen. I will drop a few tips throughout the week. Here are 3 tips for today:

#1 - Drink water lots of water and add slices of lime in it! If you want to know why just write here and I will get into more details. Just want to keep this simple & short.

#2 - Dance! Most women have cellulite concentrate on the butt and thigh areas which are the main muscles used during dancing activities! More muscles=less fat=less cellulite:)

#3 - Massage affected areas with a foam roller for about 20 minutes daily if possible or frequently. In a nutshell, it will activate blood circulation (specially if you work sitting all day) minimizing the "orange peel" looks on the skin surface.

Ok so every woman I know is either trying to lose weight, thinking about losing weight, concerned about losing weight, wishes she would lose weight, not happy about not being able to lose weight and on...and on...and on. You got the picture right? I will try to put some tips here on a weekly basis or less if I find time about little baby steps to take so you can at least feel that you are doing SOMETHING ABOUT IT! The worse thing you can do is NOT TRY! If you are alive and breathing, you should ALWAYS TRY achieving your goals and life dreams in general! Ok so tip for today: WATER! WATER! WATER! Drink a full glass of water before each meal, snack or dessert time! If you don't feel full with one glass, go for a 2nd one! Is the food delicious and you are soooo hungry? Put a small portion on your plate. Finish your food and get busy on the phone, text messaging, etc. Get your mind off the 2nd servings! After a good 20 minutes, your brain will realized you are not so hungry anymore and YOU MAY be able to save yourself of the XTRA calories from the XTRA PLATE of food! Until next time...
