Avoid salad dressings!


Tip of the day for staying fit: Salads are great ways to avoid high calories and saturated fat, but stay away from salad dressings specially that delicious Blue Cheese one! Replace for a nice olive oil, sea salt and oregano! Some olive oils even come with flavor such as garlic, basil, etc giving an extra zesty taste to your salad. Olive oil is good for many things such as help avoid stomach burn when you accompany your food with alcohol. Enjoy your salad and make it a great day!
